Finally got the car ( Escos )out to do some miles on new engine.......
Finally due to some slightly dry roads i decided to get the car out to do some just deserved running in miles!
I also managed some quick pics!
Just out of the garage..
after about 20 miles, i decided a few extra pics wouldnt go amiss.....
Before anyone says anything... YES i have seen the seatbelt hanging out!
Now back in the garage after a wash with 380 miles on! Not bad, hope to get to the 1000 miles mark over Xmas!!
Santa owes me a remap!!!LOL

Been there done that route, thats why i´m doing it my self now, tried 3 times that an engine shit itself within 500miles, first time cambelt, second time faulty mainbearing and third time, headgasket went and took a piston with it (how lucky am i)
So now i´m doing it myself

Awsome car Karl, must be the weekend for getting Escorts back on the road, drove mine about 6 miles which is the furthest it has moved in 2 years on Saturday, got it all tracked up ...
Whats the new engine spec? LOVE the std headlights and the RL7's, looks the bollocks on a flat black car, tempted to put my std lights back in....

Although actually I did say to Karl that I preferred the Ronnies as well , but it's all personal choice, the whole car looks fabulous anyway I reckon.
ps Have you seen my new one?
