i want to order my new intercooler tonight for my escort cossie, but just cant decide which make to go for and what size 50mm or 60mm core and the size of the inlet pipe 60mm or the 76mm size.

my cars spec is tt38, 4x4 manifold ported head, seimens 65lb so i want one to make the most of this spec, that could go up 460bhp max

if it was me id go 70mm airtec. got a 60 mm radtec on mine but need water injection to keep temps below 50

My temps were never above 26C, even after 3 to 4 hours on rollers, with a 70mm airtec(sapph cossie).
