LS1 engine weight
Fully dressed LS1 inc flywheel & clutch is around 225kg - can be offset somewhat by re-locating the battery to the boot. Would like to know what a fully dressed YB weighs as a comparison.

whats wrong with ford's all alloy engine, a crate coyote 5.0 v8 pushes out well over 400hp has 4 valves per cylinder just like a cossie, for about Ł5k you can get engine plus a plug and play loom with ecu, high revving (7000rpm limit) and so tunable,
