hi ive got an escort cosworth replica and it is fitted with a 1.3 pushrod engine ive just bought a ford escort rs 2000 to swap the running gear and just wondered f you could swap them on the subframe anyone with any comments please help ?

I cant see any reason why not, if you're swapping engines anyway, pull the 1300 frame off and take some measurements and compare it to the RS2K one?

ok mate but bit of a mission if i take it all off and it dont fit but its worth taking the chance or is it ?
