external hard drive will have a 4gb filesize limit, so better to upgrade the internal one, unless your films are going to be less than 4gb, or even better, get some network storage.

Yeh I know about the FAT32 4gb limit

I'll prolly just rip the blurays to 720p as that will be the native res of my scren, so a couple of 2.5gb files will be fine for that

you could also stream the files from you computer with windows media player.
install games, log on to playstation store and download it, and install, straight ahead

My mate was looking at buying the ps3 80gb, does this one let you play the ps2 games like the 60gb one did?

yes it does, only the 40gb you cant do that!

though you could upgarde the hdd, its just a normal 2.5 sata drive

all up to 250 will fit, maybe more than that to, havent cheecked
