managed to find some torrents for Fantazia Big Bang, Donnington... etc.

92 era.. Man, this stuff brings back many a copied tape I recall most of the events where in Scotland.. I would have been about 11/12 back then..

Anyone on here fortunate enough to experience the warehouse raves, outdoor parties back in those days?

If so, bet it was mental I just wish I was a little older then..

We had Exodus, which yes, was proper, but there is something about Fantazia, I have just always loved..

i got some fantazia, edge, dance paradise etc on tape i can put them onto pc and send you them if your after them, i have some fantazia on the pc already as well

unfortunatly i was also born to late but its all i listen to still to this day, my sister went raving when i was a kid so i have loved it from a very young age

my sisters ex used to go to alot of raves in the early 90's

he told me stories of convoys to illegal raves, the leader being the rave crew in an army vehicle with red police style lights on it. He said the convoy would stretch for miles and miles and nobody stopped for anything, people would sit at roundabouts for an hour trying to get onto it as the convoy just were not stopping! caused chaos he said and was a real buzz leading up to the rave, dropping on the way so your ready when you get there. the best one he went to was in some woods, apparently there was a massive bowl shaped mound which everybody parked around and the rave was in the middle, mental times of tripping your tits off and giving mad love to everybody no bad attitude at all!

he said to me alot of times that i was born in the wrong period and i was made for the rave scene, i had to make do with munching dirty pills at slammin and accelerated culture but it just isnt the same as is once was

we used to sit in his house pilled up him telling me stories, i actually used to get a buzz from hearing them, i cant explain how much i wish i couldve been there!

i havnt been to an event for a few years, the last big event i went to was at the sanctuary in 2002 i think i need to get back to it!

I was at the big bang carl cox was the set of the event for me and the drive home was rather entertaining.
Still into the scene today but aint been to a party since 2005.
It aint the same now but still think sy, brisk etc are still making some banging tunes.
Im still in mourning when kinetic shut in 96 as for me there will never be another venue like it

Ive got hundreds of tape backs from 91 to the present day much to the other halfs dismay but once a rever alwas a raver even at the age of 39

i was at the 97 manchester one with two mates,hired a brand new v40 and drove up from london,what a night,except the 2nd room seemed very moody and hostile,none of us could remember getting back to london.lol

If I dont use MSN, can it be emailed or is it too big a file? posted a thread acouple of weeks ago about converting a cassette to pc but just havent had the time to do it + the only copy of the big bang I have is the video they released....Tis the tits though! Ultra sonic are proper smart on there and still going now aparently!

I started going to events and mixing hardcore in February 1992, every friday out at raves and off to the local woods to continue it until after the sun came up dancing around cars with tunes blaring

Those were the fucking days no question!

I will say this once more, and not again (Rich ) if you send me an external drive I will dump 60GB of hardcore, jungle and dnb tunes on it, along with about 300 mixes covering late 91 to current dnb
