is there a CHEAP way of having anti lag? even if it for noise over function? i heard there was a way of doing it without chipping, etc.

Yes, there's a little black switch which you have to hold onto, hence why i said i shat myself..
In the Evo i had it on it was just mapped in, so just hold the revs and fooking go..

My ecu had it all set up when I bought it, yes its a bit of fun but for the money its just not worth it IMO. My new engine doesn't have it and I sold all the ALS stuff as I couldn't see the point have Ł5/600 worth of stuff that I used to upset people in the town centres etc and i didn't need the extra 1/10th of the second better spool on the track

i planned on having it on my 450bhp engine but was advised against it as the diff wouldnt last. so if you havnt got time and money to keep replacing the diff forget it.

Don't forget you lose your idle speed valve when using a ALS valve aswell
Unless you have a spangly ECU that can run a remote one aswell ie T6

if your ecu is remapped correctly this doesnt affect the cold starting of the car thats noticable, the only maps that do are the old group a rally ALS strategies
