Champion C57c's or the Ford 071's are a good budget option! I've never had a problem with either of those in 14 years of cosworth ownership. Proper gap is essential and replace them after 3000 miles and all should be fine!!
Or there is the dearer option.......of which others will let you know soon!

First set lasted 3yrs,2nd set lasted 18months and counting, and only changed first set to try and cure a missfire, and it didn't even turn out to be the plugs!! I just left the new ones in though and kept olds as spares

The Ngk's were a heat grade out in a calibra turbo running double stock boost, and were in for well over 30k miles flawlessly.
Not first Denso I've heard to do this either.

I'd been using 071s for a couple of years duirng which time the car constantly idled poorly and ran roughly on small throttle openings.
Switched to Densos and it's like a different car. FAR better idle, all the hunting and missing has gone.
I was about to fit a new ISCV and all new inlet gaskets as I thought my ISCV was faulty or I had an air leak.
Neil.

And I needed them the next/same day so motorfactors was my only choice
Why do you think they advise you change 071s every 3k, with the oil?
