Avon Coopers, not cheap by any stretch of the imagination but a very good tyre and where I got them for they have a lifetime damage guarantee with them. Got a pair on the front of my Mondeo.

On the Evo?
Brother had Michelin PS2's on his, I know it the cars handle very very well, but it just wouldn't not grip.
Not cheap of course.

Michelin PS2's are good alrounders.

But sod that... just get some R888's. Super cheap off Martoon.

Just take it easy if there is alot of standing water

otherwise they are just hilariously grippy!

i've got toyo's on my saff 2wd and cannot fault them in the dry, i'm running 350bhp+, not used them on a track or anything and never drive my car in the wet so cannot comment on that - but on the road in the dry they seem quality

I ordered them from this place too; i paid £51 a corner but they have gone up now, awsome company and service

Michelin Pilot sport 2's are fantastic all rounder tyres. Lap well on the ring, reasonable in wet conditions too.

Cost quite a bit tho.

I had a puncture in the M3 yesterday. The tyre was 1 month old, due to it being near the sidewall it was needing replaced. £280 for 1!

ugh.

Great tyres tho. On the evo I loved Dunlop do1j's. They are not suitable for really high mileage use, but the extra sidewall rigidity meant the steering was unreal and the extra grip in the dry was like 888's I guess... silly!
