Well those fortunate enough not to have to work weekends, (which is the majority) would still class Monday to Friday as working days!

Its 6 months if you are pulled over at the roadside, but 14 days if it is a static permanent device

yep NEVER normaly run one as if i use the cossie its normally to shows etc and roads i am probably not familliar with, gives me some sort of chance if forward facing and was happy to fit my front plate on if pulled.

I dont go round driving flat out everywhere or anything like i said its just purely because i may not know the roads.

I was doing about 80 in a 70 but there was a temporary speed limit of 40 didnt realise until it was too late as it was 5am and the cones were all moved to the central reservation and was too busy looking at the tom tom!

DOH!

Are you serious about the 6 months!

Mine was on a static permanent device and they sent the NIP to me 5 months and 28 days after the incident. My solicitor said they are just within the 'cut off' period, it 'might' of been something to do with it being over double the speed limit and on the wrong side of the road.
