Thats just insane, 1 for doing it nowadays with the electronic methods of checking up on cars, but to advertise it on the internet?

so hes swapped an xr4i details over to the stolen and recovered cossie to get it off a q plate? id say that was a bit naughty.

I think if it was registered as a Q it will be stamped under the bonnet on a chassis rail.

Its got the Y reg numbers on it now Id imagine mate, and no evidence of the Q anymore.

what would happen to the purchaser? if its been through an mot since the id swap would it be likely to be caught out in future? is it worth Ł5G as a breaker?

it isn't the most brightest things to advertise

if the sierra was stolen and had a y reg xr4i id stuck on that is ringing thus making it what a scouser once told me was a "gringo"

its my old car in my sig! i bought it like it is there with the intention of breaking it for parts. never got round to it and sold it on to fund my new engine for the rst! it was already stolen recovered when i bought it so not sure on the history before anyone asks! defo worth a bit in parts though!

dodgy as, theres a lot of it going on but they don't usually advertise it !!! Mini's are a prime example look how many tax exempt mini's are on later shells , frames and engines, some are re-shells of course but most ringed to avoid tax.
