Default New car aquired

I used to pride myself on never owning a vauxhall but i lapsed today and have to say i'm well impressed with it so far. Even had a dabble with a m5 on the way home and off a roundabout in 2nd gear upto 130 the m5 wasnt making any ground on me lol I think its cause it weights the best part of fuck all. I wonder how it would go with a remap and exhaust hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I'm 25 and single and work away 6 months of the year so i dont really do trips to the shops lol. Looking at the boot space though i would guess you could do the weekly no problem as long as you dont need a mega amount of food, room for probably 5 or 6 backs easy

Had the MR2 for years so that wouldn't be an issue.

How does it drive though? Feel every bump and rise in the road?

I've heard that they do handle well to a point, but then the back end snaps very quickly! Nice buy though fella.

how quick are these compared to a stage 3 rwd cossie? I know they are a total package car and not just about grunt. My mate has got one and keeps wanting a race!

Not had a time to hand his arse to him yet though

Fucking quick little cars, but a genuine 350 BHP one got destroyed by my mates (now mine) saff, but it was/is running 850cc injectors + a T4 , so it's not really a fair fight.

VX's are great cars, and vauxhall had the bollocks to put a decent engine in unlike the lotus..... and a chipped 300BHP + one is a weapon

Nothing to do with having the bollocks, it was never in their mission statement for the elise to have an engine with the power delivery of a turbo

Are you trying to say Lotus are scared of making a 220 bhp Elise? As if they have never made a version of that chassis with an engine of that power or more?
