hello, whats going on with satnavs they seem to be packing up alot i bought a tomtom 710 cost nearly 300 quid when i bought it and went to switch it on one day and only the green light would come on and it would not boot up, tryed all the stuff like the reset and no joy, went on ebay and found this looks like a big problem for tomtom 710 as a few people were selling them with the same problem? and also theres loads of refurbished satnavs so it looks like there all cracking up.. was going to get a sony sat nav but the read up on them wasent that good and tomtom seem to come out the best but for me unreliable!! any one else had satnav problems

I got pissed off with mine the other day,every time it was calculating the route it would turn itself off
got thet fed up with it i ended up punching it,its now in little pieces in the bin
