I must admit that is a benefit if it is shit i can mosie on home. whereas for you is a bit of a trek for just a couple of hours, dare i say, fun!
But i must say that your cossie is very nice shame you have to sell it. I'm loving the KPH speedo if only i was older and had some enough money to buy it

well i may even keep it SORN for a year or two then either keep it or sell it then. as the prices are prob gna go up, as the 3dr and saff did after their low points!
so u may be able to afford it then. reason im letting it go is i pay £200 insurance a month and prob drive it 3-4 times a month

problem is i have plans for my next toy, and a 500bhp V8 waiting for a home
may have to build another gararge

well my initial thought is probably a beetle of a mk1
both of which i owned 2 years ago?
the beetle was a 1949 so i didnt have the heart to do it
and the mk1 i sold as i needed some cash at the time
anyway im thinking more beetle. will buy a 60's on and graft in the split rear window, so it will look how i initially wanted it to
problem is on the bug i will need to build a space frame chassis, so i may loose the Vin on the car, which means a Q plate and a SVA test which puts me off!
other option is a rep of this
