Default Hydraulic clutch conversion people

How do you get around mounting the reverse switch on the gearbox with the master cylinder in the way?

I seem to remember Martin Hadland saying find a 2wd switch?? what exact model as they seems to be a few and none look like they would fit??

hello mate.

i just took the cover off of the rev light switch and it fits fine.

if you bought this conversion from reyland then u have fitted the slave cylinder upside down. I did exactly the same & it wouldn't bleed up properly. in this case the bleed nipple does not go to the highest point something to do with the internal drillings

really.... always thought nipple to highest point to prevent air being trapped.
fair enough. i'll spin it round later.

yes... you can unclip the outer part of the cover.

yes 4wd mate, as said above, its just a plastic cover with 2 tabs on each side, just unclips mate

Ok, just popped home and unclipped the front part of the switch, how did you get the wiring connector to plug in?
