yes m8 yea i did hear somebody say before that th 2wd was better flowing just i hav new 400bhpengine coming was wondering which one is best as i hav both manifolds...

go with the 2wd then but you will need the correct down pipe if your going with 4wd running gear.you will also need a turbo damper.

the focus is ok but not a cossy tho

2wd exhaust manifold is the better of the two for flowing. And EECIV (Small Turbo Escort) is the best flowing Inlet Plenium. Anything better than those and you need to start going aftermarket.

Both will easily flow well over 400bhp.
