s1 turbo gearbox oil.

as above finally got round to putting my s1 turbo engine back into car after it's rebuild now all i need to know is what viscosity gearbox oil should i be using and how much.

75w 90 fully synthetic cant remember how much to fill the box though i think its 3 litres but dont quote me on that
