how hard is it to get a escort cosworth turbo sheld to fit
a 4x4 saff. ?

why not just buy a 4x4 saph one.. im not sure tho mate.

Goes straight on. However, they are hugely expensive, with new standard ones fetching more money than a carbon one, due to their unavailability (no longer serviced by Ford).

just like the look of the escort one.
but i need one cos the saff i just got has no heat sheld

A little fettling is required due to the 2wd manifold design, but yes as I had one on my Sapphire .

I wouldn't want to do this to a carbon one though...

its getting silly mike imo some cossie bits are going through the roof , surely there must be a company willing to make some as its not as if heatshields last forever
