Hi,

I bought this yesterday evening from ebay:

I am restoring a 3dr Cosworth and require a few 'not readily available' bits for it.....

I would like to know if the following parts are the same from the ebay car as the Cosworth.

Windscreen
Headlining
Bootlid
Glovebox lid
Parcel Shelf
Boot carpet
Headlights

As far as I know,
HEADLIGHTS same
CARPET(colour)
SHELF(colour), though this can easily be coloured with spray paint
GLOVEBOX LID same(colour)
BOOTLID(apart from holes/spolier)
HEADLINING(apart from holefor extra courtesy light/colour) there is a slight difference at the sides but can easy make fit.
SCREEN will fit, tint will be different ?

If you are selling the remains let me know how much and where you are please. I dont think it's worth taking the screen out of it though.

The parcel shelf in a LX won't have the First Aid kit box and I don't think it will be hinged in the middle.
I've been told a new windscreen should be about Ł70 + VAT so may not be worth cutting out the second hand one. The windscreen cowling plastics will be the same, though, and they seem to be getting quite valuable.

Yes the plastics at the bottom of the screen are also required....

Even better as i am looking for a solid mk1 shell to put my v8 in so i'll buy it off you. Would be a shame to scrap it as it looks tidy in the photos. Let me know .
