Stu and i were talking about this the other day - we decided that the Motul 600 available from oilman was actually the best stuff out there for the money.

Castrol SRF is the bollocks - however it's obscene money.

The super blue stuff is fine, great for knowing when its bled through for obvious reasons!

Personally i'd say go for the Motul - great performance for great money

I've always used the Super Blue, as you say SRF costs are obscene !

Increased cost is out-weighed by it lasting longer due to the WBP superiority over the Motul.

I think i could live with changing my brake fluid once every 12 months with that price difference!

I use super blue in all the cars i do that'll see a track.
If your bleeding through a new system use a clean container to catch it in, customers are never pleased when they have to fork out for 2 tins of fluid because half the first is on the floor or mixed in with treacle like old fluid.

I run it in the front lines for competition use, and standard 5.1 cheapo stuff in the backs.

NEVER let me down yet.

No, but what does change your fact is that Castrol advise you change SRF every 2 years MAX. making Motul far better value.
