b19dfp hi mate got the bara box at moment but to be honest havent risked launching it yet caus a have seen what dave has done to his dont no what to do next will have to talk to harvey and mike any ideas.

to mad rod there will be another saph out there by the end of this year with 850+bhp for the soul purpose of top speed only so lets wait and see if it can get anywhere near your top speed.........

hi martoon what u suggest about a gear box mate mine is same as daves a think . problem is a still want it driveable on the road. but a would like to be able to launch it to a no a want my cake and to eat it.

A genuine 850+ held for the the whole run would easily walk past Rod's previous record, although might need to be quite a big "+" to beat his new spec. martoon sequential is when u move stick back and forwards if yes can u still have synchro as well that would save time changeing gears .

Martin can the split be adjusted in the os geek skyline box so it is the same as a standard escos, can this be set so it is like it all the time?
also is a 9" rear and 7/7.5" front the only sensible options or can Skylines or some other diffs be moded to fit? |

The skyline one can be controlled via a PWM input, so its capable of being effectively anything you want it to be, including fully RWD! |

i have driven a few skylines and i dont like the way it feels like its rear wheel drive and then the front kicks in, if you know what i mean? :? what im getting at is i like the way the escort feels and drives and wouldnt want to swap it for a Sequential box only for it to feel, handle and drive like a Skyline... |

Not having a pop so don't take it the wrong way, but am interested in the comparison ... How do the engine dyno figures compare? The graphs posted make the engine look like it's quite lazy up to the 4k area is that representative?
