how/where can i get mp3 files to ipod?

i want to get hold of some chris rock/billy connelly/dave chapelle stand up and load it onto my ipod but got no idea where to go for it or how, anyone help?!

im crap at all things computers/technical :cry:

hmm ive seen some billy connelly on those illegal p2p sites that you shouldnt use,as for chris rock....only seen his stuff on dvd
