Can anyone give me some advice..
i have bought some cobra bucket seats off ebay.
They came with side mounting brackets, trouble is can anyone help me on how i should fit them?!
If anyone has pics of theirs too, that would be great!

2 ways really

1- unbolt the standard seats from there runners then fix the side mounts to these so as to have adjustability still.

2- remove all runners have some box section welded in the car(floorpan) then bolt to the new solid mounts, ajustment is trial an error and use the holes in the brackets to move back ward forward up down

Im ashamed to admit its actual name it is square tube
OMG dan is right on this one

I cant see any harm in using it either so have your !!!!!! back

Im aware most race cars will use rollcage tubing to mount the seats.
BUT,
my driling is bad enough on a flat surface not alone a round tube.

The "square tube" is of a decent wall thickness so cant see any problems
