we binned 2 drivers last year because they were smoking at work, even though i told them not to
they are both out of work now bceause every reference i get now asks "would you employ them again" and "why did they leave"

ive been on both sides of this, used to be a coke head myself but then my son was born 3yrs ago and havent touched any since, seen alot of pals get stuck on things like crack and its not pretty but there is no helping some people they have to want to stop! it really changes people from how they were.

The thing is there are some drugs out there that fucking ruin you - mentally and psychically. Coke is a fucking cunt. So is smack. They drain your morales as well as psychical health. One you lose your health and your morales what else you got? Been there done it etc.

i told them to never let me catching them doing it at work or else it would be reported so what were they doing? rolling joints in the office befroe they went out for the day
so when one of them got busted with a grinder in the van (i didn't even know what it was when it was shown to me, i might be nieve but the big ganga leave on the top of it sort of gave it away) he didn't have a leg to stand on
i cuoldn't stand up in front of the disciplinary panel and say it wasn't his or say i never knew about it so i declined the chance to vindicate him, he wasn't going to pay my mortgage no matter how long i had known him
the other one filmed himself rolling a joint on the works phone, flimed 3 blocks of weed he'd been supplied, at work, and then left loads of crumbs of weed when he went off sick
so when the boss came in the next morning to ask if anything was wrong and then asked me why the van was a pig sty i couldn't really say anything to justify what he found when he opened the door
don't get me worng, i didn't drop them in it, but i wans't going to cover for them when they know the company drug policy is zero tolerance
i can't really talk about the other drug related issues as they may get me arrested and the other is a bit too personal to go into any sort of detail

Everyone mentions leah etc......but never the real reason she died ffs
The first two rules i got told about when i first started taking pills are....
1) Drink water only little and often just enough to wet your mouth never pints at time.
2) Always keep an eye on your mates and make sure everyone has a bottle of water on them.
Ive been out and about clubbing on them for nearly 10 years and nothing bad has ever happened as ive never over cooked it!.
Just a shame when you speak to people and they say how many you taken tonight?..........im only ever on 3 max and they say yeah ive done 8 already
Each to there own i guess,
Now MDMA thats a little different only a small dab of that is enough to keep you going for a lot longer than pills

Im going through the same thing, got more important things to be getting with now than falling out of turnmills chewing my face off at 8am on a saturday
Still do the odd night every now and again though

my POINT was that the media like to stir up shite to make people scared/talk about it and sell papers ect........ how many of em like a line of charlie

fuckin md, I used to be a right little pillhead 5 years back-then met my lady and grew out of it. Anyway my coke dealer was away over xmas, so got a g of mdma. Only had a 1/4 and lost the plot completly, lost my 3/4 somewhere!

MDMA is less toxic than a ibuprofen, you need about 4 grams of MDMA to 2.5G if ibuprofen to get toxic organ failure.
There has not been any proved and I mean proved cases MDMA has killed anyone.
There was a artical in the lancet in 2001 were it was proved that pure MDMA does no clause long term problems even in heavy users.
As for coke for me is just a rip of its ok but for 40 notes its just a waste of time does nothing or not much for me.

Fuck me its gone off topic a bit! Ive never had a problem with them smoking a bit off shrubbery or doing E's, most of the best nights out ive had is when everyone's gurning their twat off. I just cant see the point of every time you go out, even for a quiet few down the local you have to have coke. Yeah once in a while fair enough, but dont you think its taking too far every time you go out?

the main problem with MDMA is it drains you serotoinin (sp)
Sertoin is not a common chemical in your brain and you only get the builder for sertoin 5HTP from certain foods Bannana's, chicken and beef and thats not a massive amount of 5HTP.
if you do do pills you should take a least 6 weeks to 2 months break between hits.
to get the sertoin rush which is the best part of pills.
you will find on day 3 after taken pills you will have a very low level which will make you feel very depressed.
I take 5HTP pills, but you still need a break to build up again.
take this xmas did some pills with a break of just 3 days. I did 10 pills and felt nothing i had no sertoin to give so pointless

my older brother got hooked on herion in prizon because he could'nt get any weed in there so he tryed it.he as now bin on it for 7 years and it shit to see him out of it,all of my old mates ave had it or arehooked on it,the worse thing is that my brother has 4 kids & when he haves them at weekends he is monged out & cant be arsed to do owt with them.whats the point in taking the shit,he should of got hooked on cars & have somet to live for.not drugs.all drug dealers are pricks in my eye's.its them cunts who need stabing on the streets not the young kidds.

I can honestly say i've never tried any drug and don't ever plan to.
Seen a couple of peoples live's waste away down to drugs, and definitly don't want to follow in there footsteps.
