I know we are talking about proper diffs here, but how many bhp can the front diff cope with the sandwich plate fitted for the casing ? Just want to know if I have to consider buying a strong diff or if I can keep the std one.

no but i would only expect what would be best for 550hp and what the cheapest price it could be got at
for E.G. the best setup for 550hp is "xyz" and to get them at "££££" would be Cheap
