my dads got a 1963 mgb roadster you could buy off him quite cheap, i started to resto it but i moved out.

that would be cool with a cossy engine sat under the bonnet!!!!

I've actually done more than 1k miles in the last 2 months in it so i have used it but maybe your right i need to use it to its full potential I'm booked on the Beds track day in Feb so lets so what it morphs into by then

Bike engines can be cool in track cars that weigh 500kg or under... as cossies weigh over twice that, it wouldn't work at all due to the engines relative lack of torque and because of its where it delivers its power

Jules, I reckon you need a new challenge me old mucker!! I have lost count of the amount of engines/gearboxes etc etc you have had in your 3 door since you've owned it! But on a serious note i think if u were to change it...you need to do something different that will pick your brains n cretae a challenge! Personnally i think it would be far more exciting! IMO of course!
