Default Big up - kjc300

I have been looking for an RS200 inlet plenum to use on my nova, and he found me someone advertising them for sale after he saw my "wanted" ad on here.

Fantastic bit of PF'ing

Thanks very much mate, have ordered it today, so should be with me within the next couple of days assuming the postie doesnt lose it, lol

Over xmas me and some mates are going to just go at the nova for 5 days straight in a borrowed workshop in uxbridge, so fingers crossed it will be either running or very nearly running by new year

Then once the engine is run in, its off to sheady for a map on the autronic, not sure if that will be before or after bedford though sadly, as I think it might be a bit of a rush to get it done before bedford.

I cant find a decent pic This is best I could spot

basically though, its centre fed from above, then sweeps down and opens out onto the manifold.

I was having a look at my mates RS200 when I was over his place the other day and spotted it, I said to him "that would be perfect for my nova, shame they are no doubt a mission to get hold of secondhand" he said they werent common things to come across but worth next to nothing (like 50-100) quid when you do find one, and that he could probably get one off Jeff Paige or Julian Godfrey for me the next time he saw them but didnt know when that would be, I figured it was worth a try at a wanted ad on PF to see if one came up sooner, and KJC did the rest

Cant imagine one being of any use on an escort cosworth.

They are only useful on cars with the engine in a proper place like rs200's and nova's

I have a YB inlet manifold with 4 independent Jenveys on it , needs a plenum made up anyway for it , maybe it would be of some use if you can get a 200 one in time ?
