Default Tyre fault can i still use them?

My thinking is they are fucked but i thought i would ask,anyway i bought some new toyo 888 for mondays trackday,ive tryed to fit them but they wont go on the front has the profile is to high so i need to put my old back dunlops on untill i saw this on 2 of the tyres

that pic is showing the inside of the tyre!!

I would not use the tyres in that condition, dangerous IMO.
