It's really easy although I wouldn't follow the guidlines with full throttle and full lock. You have to find good throttle position and amount of lock for the car to spin stationarily, as well as you need to lift of a bit to keep it spinning in one place, otherwise it will start to go round in circles. I have done my amount of donoughts in Impreza's, Evo's, Cossies...
