Yes but how many £220 jumpers have you got? and what amount of Gold Jewellery are you currently wearing???

P.S Well done mate. Awesome at 23 I didn't manage to get on property ladder till much latter.

i agree with you Ballin and to be honest the only reason i would say my wages was cos i am proud of getting what i do at my age. I had to work damn hard to get were i am. I dont own a property out right but i live in central london, in a 5 bed house and have a comfortable life. I didnt go to university i just grafted. Plus i am single lol so dont have 2 incomes lol...

Btw Well Done on gettin on the ladder so early....really wish i had saved some cash up now. Great effort

Dan, if I was in London then I certainly wouldnt own a property outright either LOL! Furthermore ours is only a 1bed house, but it is a new build in a decent estate

I agree mate, nice one. I'm trying to go in the same direct. Its more than likely I'm going to get a mortgage with the missus soon (we're both 23 btw).

I do need a new job though tbh.

even though shes in nursey she can COUNT to 10,,,, she can vocaly speak to 30 ( counting is not the same as actually counting things) and she can reconise all letters and what souns they are

maybe its cause we aint in doors all the time these days ??

i get back from the gym 4 times a week at 10:30 unless i go nandos after and then im back at 12, get up at 6:30 to go work,, so with that im home on tuesdays to watch sky but i watch CIS, meaning i wont get time to watch it

so for that i dont bother and i like to think im doing ok

i DO how ever have a projector in the front room AND another one in my little girls room for her dora game where she dances to it

My wage is pretty shit as well to be honest, and at least 3k lower than it should be in my opinion, I just know how to manage money. I think anyone can be comfortable even on the minimum wage as long as they spend accordingly.

That said though, we still go out and do the things we want to do (maybe not getting shitfaced every weekend LOL but we both kinda grown out of that now anyway!).

Obviously having a partner helps massively when getting on the property ladder too, I couldn't have done it without her

yeah but after hes bills hes got LESS cash than i have

i suport my family, aint got a clue where you think i dont, i save 15% of mny wages each month and when i get enough cash im gonna use that to buy a property with a mate of mine for BOTH of our kids to have as a starting block in life

i ENJOY life lee, i have a few things that i dont mention on here that ive got since my cossie got nicked and i stopped wasting cash on metal untill i done a few things i needed to get done that i neglected when i owned a cossie and worked part time to spend time bonding with my small baby but had no cash to live life getting hand outs from my old man and the missus old man to get me by in life

lee theres people who have HP and credit cards and pay them off in life, to me that shte WRONG way as thats what my parents done

oh and ive had a pension ive been paying into since i was 16 yeas old for my future too

my family do "ok" in life, we aint stessed thats for sure

Radders, I'm in IT mate. I also never went to University, in fact I think that was one of the best things I did (or didn't do I suppose!).
The money I earned in the time that others were at Uni has helped me LOADS.
I did an IT course at college after school but failed it miserabley because I just fucked about with everyone else (I was always fucking about at school so never did as well as I could).
After that I was a brewer for a couple of years then went back to IT.

So all this needing a degree bollocks is just that, bollocks. I failed an IT course, spent a couple of years brewing ffs lol, and then went back to IT. Fair enough thats probably why my wage isnt what it could be now, but my next job should be as they will take me on experience not qualifications.
Thats my way of thinking anyway.

Oh and surprise surprise you have now gone totally off topic and are waffling on about some other shit...

I AM GLAD YOU ENJOY LIFE!!!

But I just think you need your priorities and senses rearranging if you think in your financial situation that a £220 Jumper is a bargain.

You will not find ANYONE with more than half a braincell that disagrees with me.....

This is my last word on it.

ive gone off topic btw as you seem to of the opinon that im a person who wastes hes cash and lives off microwave meals for a pound in liddles for his family to get stuff like that

IM NOT IS MY POINT, i just have a very low level lifestyle to allow me to enjoy life with my family than wory about how will i pay these bills
