Default FSE Powerboost Valves

Customer service is shocking, asked some fairly simple questions and couldn't answer then was told there was a technical section on their website, when i asked where abouts they didn't know. Absolutley useless!

i haven't yet, thing is on my ST24 the fuel pressure regulator is faulty and Ford don't sell it seperatly, they want £500 for a lower inlet manifold which will contain the regulator!!! I was looking at FSE but i was unsure as to how they fitted, i didn't really want to cut fuel lines!

FSE = Crap, doesnt hold a stable Fuel Pressure relative to the manifold.

DONT get one.

Use a cossie one if you want adjustable, they actually work!

I think you will open a can of worms if you fit an FSE reg.

I can't believe the scenario with Ford. Can't you get a second-hand one?

But, Chip, that'll mean cutting into the lines, which is what he wants to avoid.

The problem is the rate of rise is different to ford ones which is what tuners/chippers will base thier maps on.
There is NO technical reason why they would not work 100% perfectly when mapped accordingly.
Pressure regs are very simple in operation.

Hi Grant, yeah the car pinks at 5k upwards which doesn't alter much in severity whether i use optimax or not. It also stinks of petrol after startup, i have done a pressure check and its about a bar above what it should be
