Default cures - remedies for shin splints
suffering from it quiet badly recently so anyone have any cures!?

If you can't do that, make sure you have good footwear applicable to how you walk/ run to take some of the shock out. Stretching the shin will also help alleviate pain as it will get used to being "worked".
Calcium will help build the shin up and protein will help prevent any pain.

yeah i do both of those things, i stopped getting it for awhile but its come back, having to play footy on concrete dont help much either

There you go mate. you said it yourself, footy on concrete. Shins are taking a battering.
Get some new trainers which will support you better.
