So decided to investigate
Took the prop of and found this
looks ok


Inside is a different matter

Also a bit of twist in the 3.5mm thick steel

Ohh well at least it hasnt snapped

Do the Yank T5's use the same output splines as the UK versions ??

If so, there would be plenty of chromoly yokes available from the US....

my rally car when 2wd used to do these in all the time even with a 34mm restrictor in, used to change them every few events due to torque and grip twisting the steel.

The speed limits only 70mph so you shouldn't get a vibration
