Anyone at Castle Coombe in an escort get punched?

This post is just to inform the Vauxhall community of the actions of one of the Administrators of VXON at Castle Combe action day.
Whilst out on track in the afternoon, Mark from VXON (pic of Mark and his car attached) was overtaken spiritedly by an Escort RS turbo just before bobbies, just after the no overtaking zone. As maneuvers at Castle Combe go, this was not uncommon, nor particularly bad IMHO. Maybe a word with the marshals about it would have been warranted if he felt it was dangerous.
However, Mark decided the best course of action was to speed around the warm down lap flat out, pull up where the Escort was parked at the end of the session, get out of his car, approach the Escort and send a flurry of punches at driver before the driver had even undone his harnesses.
He didn’t wait to find out whether the driver was a young lad or a pensioner, a male or a female due to the drivers helmet still being on.
Once he was separated from the now very irate Escort driver, he then got back in his car and proceeded to wheel spin off around the paddock nearly hitting various people.
The reasons for my thread are as follows.
1. Any threads mentioning the subject on VXON are deleted, and postees promptly banned (presumably by Mark)
2. Even if someone rams into your car on a track day, you are there at your own risk, and hitting someone isn’t even a last resort.
3. This man is supposed to be the head of a car club, and setting an example. I feel VERY sorry for the members of VXON on whom he has brought so much shame, and I hope he is dealt with by the club the way someone in MY car club would be dealt with for actions as childish and neandarthillic.
I will also be writing an email to the VBOA informing them in no uncertain terms of his actions. I think it would be an insult to see him at another event after acting in this way representing a Vauxhall club.
Mark was ejected from the Circuit and banned shortly after his outburst which was the correct and proper thing to do proving that the staff and marshals at Castle Combe do take such incidents seriously and perform the correct actions.

I dont know how true that side of the story is, its possible its been written to make it seem worse, like maybe not mentioning something else the escort driver did or whatever, so dont hang anyone just yet 
But based on that, he certainly sounds a right cunt!

To be fair, looking like that, never being able to see your own knob and driving that chavved up peice of shit, if an RS turbo overtook you, it might be the final straw ,especially as he was probably really trying as well

Porkie, Ive got a great uncle who used to be a para, proper fucking hard cunt, survived arnhem etc.
He's 85 now, has a pacemaker, and is very frail.

Throwing punches and attempted headbutt, again Mark did NOT retaliate.
Mark was not thrown out of Combe the other guy was. Mark was commended by security on how he kept calm with all that going on and was given the rest of day to himself.

I don’t know the rules of a track day (never done one) but the over take was made way before Bobbies, I personally would defend this overtake all the way. Its because of pricks like this I refuse to do track days, if someone took it upon themselves to police a race meet like this he would receive a friendly nudge in the wrong direction.

Not a superb manouver (seen worse) but punching the bloke for it was inexcusable. I can only assume he already had the arseache for having to drive something as generally unpleasant as a Vectra.
