Also, while we are on Veyron vs McClaren F1 comparisons, anyone remember the stat they publicised that suggested that if you pass a stationary Veyron at 120mph in an F1, the Veyron will still beat it to 200mph.

I heard that too, and the fact you do it whilst sitting in a full leather interior with the air con on in 2 tonnes of car is truely amazing imo.

I'm sorry to tell you but that whole comparison/test was faulse, I was one of the few lucky people to be allowed to watch this test take place and as you can see in the photo I took below the Bugatti Veyron was being towed by it's even more capable sister car.

If I could afford 20k a day and 150k deposit I'd rather save the money and buy something that was mine rather than have a thrill for only a few hours/few miles.

And you'd never experience the full potential of it especially here in London unless you took it to a track.

I didnt realsie the Veyron was so big, or is it the Skoda thats so small?

The skoda is so advanced mate once you hit 180mph it shrinks for areo dynamic advantages. Something the veyron can only dream about.
