Do you work with someone you cant stand and really want to pummel them? How hard is it that you got to keep on biting your lip and not say what you want and tell them all about themself.

Is it worth changing jobs or putting up with it and feel like shit for not doing something about it, or even plot to get them sacked or relocated?

By the way, its not me, its a mate thats just popped round for a chat as they thought they wanted to kill someone so bailed out of work for an hour. Its unusual for them to act like this as there usually so laid back ....

Any suggestions (sensible ones) or should they just hire an assasin

Surely if the management cant see a problem developing or lurking, then their not as good at there job as what they think? I know they cant read minds, but if they cant pick up that people are titlle-tattling and getting arsey, etc, etc, etc .....

I personally think that we spend more time at work, than what we do at home with family, partners, etc and it should be schooled a bit better..... I wouldnt know how to deal with that shit apart from loosing it

i left a job because i wanted to spark my manager out ... i got bored of helping him do his job and him getting all the credit ... fookin brown nose ... the md even offered me a 5k pay rise to stay.... but the problem would still be there .... so unless you can do a monumental blag and get them sacked or really enjoy the job ... then think about leaving .. as when you do knock them the fook out it wont look good when you dont get a reference

Work with someone at the moment, makes more mistakes than the rest of us put together but nothing is ever his fault, full of excuses etc. Never stay late to give us a hand or help out and is the ONE person I genuinely dislike

He is going down next week for drink driving(2nd time) racial abuse to a copper and someone else, assault with a weapon, resisting arrest + 4 other things that I cant remember. Party time

I hated working in the UK, almost every company I went to was like going to a playground. Now work in California and everyone in the company is laid back and working here is a pleasure. bearing in mind how long we spend at work - if you dont get on with peeps there then leave - its not jsut about the $$$$$$$
