cheapest place/ company for snooper s4 neo

am wanting to buy a gps detector and fancy the s4 as it has voice alerts so i dont have to look at it whilst i'm doing an insanely illegal speed of 31mph

anybody know the cheapest place or internet company that does these

try costco m8 got my s6r neo for around £245+ vat and think they got um on special this month to or it might be the s4 on special not to sure but they have both of them, and both cheap!
