Default Making up HT leads....

Want to make some up for a little project, but without some in front of me, I just want to know what's required.

I presume it's dead easy. How does the centre core wire make contact with the connector? Are they soldered on?

I've seen some where the ends screw into the cable. I've also seen them crimped. Depends on what you buy mate.

Just whipped one off the engine.

It uses that type of fibre wound copper core, but the connector shows nowhere for the core to attach to.

It was broken when I removed it....

I had a look at one & it just seems to loop over itself with wire over it like a U shape.

Not sure if that help's you.

The fact that I can't understand what you're dribbling about means no, it doesn't help in the slightest

Shouldn't you be back in the muppet room calling people "hun" and wasting your life?

This is a car post about doing things to cars.

Up for anyone who actually has something worth adding.

yes, the core just comes out, strip down the insulation then crimp on the ends. i think if you find a motor-bike shop they will be able to help you out with the ends/cable as i think it's more a motor-bike type past-time.
