I left my old job at the end of may and went straight into a new one.. I obviously got paid at the end of May and didnt expect to get anything at the end of June (maybe what I am owed like a couple of days) but I have got another full months pay??
I didnt do a month in hand when I started as I started at the middle of a month and got paid then for the 2 weeks so I have always worked a month then got money for that month.
I have taken it out and stuck it in a savings.
question is can they take it back and could this be the reason why I have not yet received my P45.
the company is RAC so not a small one.
whats your views??

put it somewhere safe, keep quiet, and see what happens.

don't spend it for three years, i think they can claim for it back up until then (?)

As above mate, think its 3 yrs and they cant touch it Sounds along time but a nice savings account started

Bet the tax is hurting tho because the tax office will look on it as you having 2 jobs
