Default 4X4 OIL PIPE ONTO A 2WD

do you have to mod the pick up pipe on a 200 4x4 block when fitting a 2wd sump

or do you have to put the 2wd item on

andweaken the sump? no chance.

You adjust the oil spray bar pipes with a pair of water pump pliers and then adjust the nozzles that point under pistons 1 and 2 to line up properly again - takes all of 2 mins

To make it fit by grinding the sump, you need to remove at least 5mm of material in the area the pipe contacts it. now how thick is the sump there? about 6mm tops - leaving not much material at all.

so when swapping sumps on a 4x4 engine to a 2wd sump, can you still use the 4x4 oil pick up pipe and pump?
