Just had a fight with my neighbour! update p3, police came
can't believe it,had no problems with them since we moved in until last week when they asked me to stop tapping my molegrips ( was using them as a hammer!) on my shed, It wasn't late it was before 9 oclock anyway he got aggressive and we had a bit of schoolboy slanging match..
then went our seperste ways...until tonight!!!!!
I was just packing up after tapping some tacks into my shed roof just to hold it in position until I can do it properly tomoz, anyway there loads of noise around us lawnmowers etc so I kept going I stopped at about 20.50 and started packing up at which point the fat wife from next door comes out and again has a go at me she said I should stop at 7.30 at thats when her kids go to bed I said" no 9 oclock is reasonable" at which point the husband comes out shouting his mouth off again so I give it back the same no problems untill he told me to "crawl back under your stone you fat slob" so I said pointing at his wife "your calling me fat" thats when the shit hit the fan
he jumped the deviding fence and proceeded to swing at me which got me on the jaw so I then started strangling him and rubbing his head along the garage brickwork lol
he soon let go and retreated to the safety of his garden and started shouting abuse again!!
I can't believe I was so restrained I had him against a wall in MY garden and had every oppertunity to knock the shit out of him but didn't cos i'm not that sort of person in hindsight I'm proud that I never laid into him as I really would have hurt him but I am still gutted that I got hit in my own fookin garden and never laid the twat out! got a sore jaw and a scratch off my own wall down my face, fook knows what his head looks like after going up and down the wall!!
sat here gutted that he isn't laid out in my garden
presume I did the adult thing then by just defending myself with reasonable force?

Sounds like you were more than reasonable. Maybe if she came out and politley asked if you could not bang as her kids were in bed then things wouldnt have got to this! But to just come out mouthing off,,,,

I am stunned that I was so restrained I did take a swing at him but backed out on the forward thrust (lol) and just put me hand round his neck, he was no meataxe and he appeared to give everything he had I was just restraining him..
thing is I live in a very respectable area (did lol)and this sort of thing doesn't happen normally.
I really am so angry that I never laid him out it's unreal.

Neighbours are such a pain in the arse at times
I have a old twisted viscious cow down the stair who makes up lies, puts a front on that she is a queen and yet her fat ugly grand-daughter stays with her with her 1 year old child because she is too lazy to pull a pram/buggy up stairs at her own place thats fully paid for by the dss .................. scrounging cunts that do fuckall and get everything in life .................funny how they can afford to get taxis all over the town 2 times a day ,shopping, smoke like a chimney and drink 3-4 times a week at the local club

if he came into your garden and was aggressive towards you, whether he hit you first or not, you have the right to make a 'pre-emptive strike' if you feel threatened... (especially if you have kids in the house)
my mate got told this by his copper uncle after he knocked his brother in law sparko, and he got away with it...
