ok just a quick post to see that the most boost you can run through a std focus rs engine with standard turbo and fromt mount intercooler

it will have omex700 fitted to it aswell

and its going in a fiesta!

i just baged my self a damn good bargain and the curiosity has kicked in

and who do you think should map it?

and what gearbox with the starter at the back has the longest ratios (like a fiesta box but with starter on back) ie mk5 gti escort?

The current fastest FRS (proven) is still on a std bottom end with a genuine and useable 380+ bhp (ie not an over inflated massive boost spike bhp figure)

The standard turbos limit seems to be around 280bhp give or take, from what i have seen. Theres a good few engines running 21psi boost but i wouldn't run that much on the standard turbo. Go bloody well at 18-19psi imo.

ahh grerat my engine stands me at about 800 quid including brand new blower! i got for 210 quid on ebay lol

its done a genuine 30k and i think 280 will be more than enough for a shonkey fiesta lol

its going in the fezzer until i have found a reasonable focus to fit it i to next year and saved some more money

Cams, ported head, GT28 and Autronic.... just over 380bhp at 23psi
