defo not , you need a min of 150mm of hardcore type 1(wacked) or recycled hardcore and a min of 150mm C35 concrete thats recommend for a drive done properly

a 100mm of concrete wouldn't last that long it would last a while but not aslong as the 150mm
i am a ground worker myself so i do know

Theres no definate depth of hardcore. If the ground below is soft as shit then you go deeper. Sometimes you need a foot of well rolled hardcore, sometimes if the ground is rock hard then why disturb it? So you only put 100mm down...

For drives we always use 32 newton concrete 125-150mm deep.
For bases we use 35n concrete at 150mm deep with a 200mm toe.

Mines got about 9' of type one down and then wackerplated, then sand and then block paved. The hole I dug was about 1.5 feet deep.

When i built my Garage i used 2ft of type 2 certified hardcore, whacked down and then 5 cube of C20 readymix. This covered an area roughly 5 1/2m x 6m with around 6"

No problems so far plus its a nice solid base for a ramp if i decide to fit one
