Default WANTED - Shift Rota's
Our work is in the process of trying to change our current shift rota. I was wondering if anyone who works shift wouldn't mind emailing me there rota ??

Its for a team of 4 pairs

if its for 4 pairs and you require 24/7 cover, i'd say go with 2 x 12hr dayshifts, then 2 x 12 hour nightshifts, then 4 days off.

i used to do 4 12 hour days,4 off,4 12 hour nights

Yeah, 4 on / 4 off seems to be the norm.... We're trying to do it so we don't have to do 12 hour shifts.

Yeah, 24/7 cover

our place dont allow 12 hour shifts (unless covering hols). PM me if you want an 8 hour plan as im pretty wasted at the minute.

not really sure how you would manage 24/7 cover with 4 pairs without doing 12 hour shifts m8
