Liverpool haven't won a game since around 2001 against United at Anfield but theres been a lot put on this game in the press and media. Gerrard saying he wants to beat them as well.
Last time with a bit a pressure or drama was the FA cup game last with Nevilles previous antics and Liverpool won, Liverpool hadn't beaten them in the cup for years either. Think Liverpool might edge this one, no way are they the better side but it will be a tough game. United can afford to lose to Liverpool and Chelsea, just.
They have another big game on tuesday so wonder if he nackers his players out.

Even with the ref on their side, not only the red card but that was 100% a penalty. Saha turned him inside out and he took his trailing leg.
