I got 3 stealth gauges for my mk4 RST. Im assuming they have to be wired to ignition live rather than illumination as they are obviously stealth.

Can I take a feed for all 3 from the same ignition live point or is this bit dodgy. Many thanks

 

should be ok just put an inline fuse in to be on the safe side

 

so it wont melt then

 

what live point were you thinking of using

 

you know the yellow ignition live on the barrel then goes to a grey connector and joins rest of the loom?? After that connector i was gonna run wire from there then take 3 feeds for each gauge.

 

sound no probs you will have to put some pics up when its done p.s. run as low rate fuse as you can about 7.5amp should be fine, im running a 5amp for 2 gauges.
