Sure the guy that owned/owns it is called Dave Jones think he owns rockstar games. He use to be at crail all the time with some real cool cars.

I remember being at crail one day when he had, Jun skyline,500bhp silver skyline,Gt2,rally evo,rs200 and a lambo down with him.
