Just ordered mine today. We sell shed loads of them through work. Easily the best selling handset at the moment.
Hopefully any early software/function errors will have been updated on the current stock in channel.
Fingers crossed anyway.

Sony ericsson phones are brill but the software on them is buggy as fcuk my K750i was forever stopping and ive just upgraded to a K800i mines been fine but the wifes packed up. If you phone sony direct on 02087 625800 and your phone is still in warranty they will fix it free, they will send out a special envelope thingy for you to send it back or they will tell you where your local repair centre is and you can take it to them.
I go to the one in stoke and they fix it while i wait, top service on behalf of S/E if you ask me

Ive never had any probs with my W800I ands its been dropped a number of times
