buyin from the net help keeps sayin something bout my cookie

hi people , trying to order something from the net but it comes up with this message when i click to go to the baskit to pay for it "You must have cookies set to leave the basket" any one no how to chnage them and to what setting ?

Click tools,then internet options at the top of you browser window,or go to control panel and internet options...the settings are in there
