Default PF DAVE- Flappy bonnet syndrome- sorted yet?

Has PF Dave sorted his bonnet flapping and cracking yet and if so where did he go, what was the answer and how much did it cost? I need a sapphire bonnet doing as they weigh FAR too much
It the basis frame kept and the top metal skin replaced with fibreglass??

I saw a sapphire with white wheels and carbon bonnet as RS day but never got a pic, that had a frame, think it was fibreglass? Carbon is major £££ to bin it into a wall

Anyone that saw it at National Day will know, definitely not

BUT, yes I have got it sorted, give Smith and Deakin and shout and get them to do you a fibreglass bonnet with internals... will weight MUCH less than a standard one but won't flap about.

Brilliant thanks Dave, I just left them an e-mail regarding sapphire parts. Cheers for your help, Mark
